Over the years I have come to realize that the Christian life is the most satisfying life to live, but only when I am actually going all out and all the way for the Lord. (I find myself at times thinking I know what is best for me and I forget how amazing it is to have Christ first in my life. I feel exactly how Paul feels in Romans 7:15-25) It is the Christian who tries to compromise and make deals who finds life miserable, for he has all the troubles without the fellowship that comes through surrender. For every test and trial that God gives us, Christ supplies an abundance of grace with it for us to bear it and in our weakness we are make stronger in Christ.
I hope I never look for an easy way out when sharing what Christ has done for me...For Jesus gave up everything and laid down his life for me. He laid it down, the sinner that I am.
